The structure of capping device is much simpler, which reduces the negative influence on the capping area and effectively prevents the aluminum pins falling down during the process of capping.

Working Principle:
The system is applicable for the high precision split-charging and sealed capping of the API in the totally-enclosed laminar flow environment. Split-charging device discharges by docking the lifting device with weighing module and discharge port of feeding device. The discharge port of feeding device is equipped with a dust collector, which could reduce the environmental contamination in the split-charging area. The capping device caps aluminum bottles with the principle of full-automatic spring contraction. The whole process adopts the PLC closed-loop control of electronic control system so that the system could automatically split-charge, weigh and cap accurately.
